Conference Duration:
The pre-conference sessions will be held on Friday, 27th September 2024 between 12 Noon and 05:00 pm.
The scientific program of the colloquium will commence on Saturday, 28th September 2024, at 9 am and will end on Sunday, 29th September 2024 at 1 pm.
Gala Dinner:
Gala dinner will be hosted on 28th September 2024 (07:00 pm – 10:00 pm). Come sway and whirl with traditional Rajasthani folk dancers and create lasting memories. For residential delegates, gala dinner is part of the package.

Will I receive printed handouts for sessions?
We are environment-friendly, so we will not be providing handouts or conference proceedings in a printed format. Instead, session outlines and information submitted by the speakers will be made available online.
How can I find a roommate for the conference?
Unfortunately, AICNU does not offer a referral process for finding a roommate for the conference. As a result, you are responsible for making contact with other delegates and setting up your own hotel reservations.
