Can registrations be shared or transferred to another name if I can’t make it?

YES, if you cannot attend AICNU you can contact the organising secretariat to have your registration transferred to a colleague.

Will I receive printed handouts for sessions?

We are environment-friendly, so we will not be providing handouts or conference proceedings in a printed format. Instead, session outlines and information submitted by the speakers will be made available online.

How do I find a roommate for the meeting?

AICNU does not offer a referral process. You are responsible for making contact with other individuals and setting up your own hotel reservations.

I am speaking at AICNU, and my spouse/guest would like to attend my session. Is this OK? Does my spouse/guest need to register?

YES, your spouse/guest may attend the session and is required to register as accompanying person.
