1. Article of the month – July 2015

This month we are covering the article titled ‘Feasibility, safety, and outcome of very early enteral nutrition in critically ill patients: Results of an observational study’

This is the abstract of the first international paper publication from the Department of Dietetics, Apollo hospitals and was published in the Journal of Critical Care. The premise of the abstract is that in critically ill patients, early enteral nutrition (EN) within 24 to 72 hours is recommended. This study aimed to evaluate the feasibility, safety, tolerance, and adequacy of very early EN delivery in critically ill patients within 6 hours of intensive care unit (ICU) admission.

4. AICNU 2015 – Payment and Accommodation Details

5. Paperless SMS Based Preliminary Quiz Online Trials – Coming Soon

This year AICNU, we are initiating Paperless SMS Based Preliminary Quiz.

To get the Registered Participants familiarized with the process, an online trial is coming soon. This will be available for all our registered participants so that they can get used to watching the quiz questions online and replying by SMS. As soon as they send the SMS with their answers, they will get an SMS back with their results. Stay tuned for more details on this.
