1. AICNU 2016 – Conference Checklist

ii. Accommodation and Airport Transfer Details: Online booking of your accommodation and airport transfer are available now. Click here to book your accommodation
· Choose the conference venue for your stay to avoid local travel time spent to and fro
· If you are planning to share your room, identify and finalize your roommates before booking
iii. Travel Checklist: Points to remember before planning your travel
· Check your passport validity – minimum 6months validity

· Visa: E-Visa can be applied
· Currency: Only US dollars are permitted when you land in Srilanka which can be converted to local currency at the airport
iv. Abstract Submission: Abstract submission link will be open shortly in the website home page and only research abstracts are invited. This year Case Vignettes will not be accepted.
v. E-Poster: Poster presentation is completely digital. If your abstract is selected, you will be asked to submit your poster in high resolution PDF format.
